ITSM Consultant is responsible to provide support to Project team in the area of ITIL process definition and able to work independently. Lead on the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework. Responsible for coaching the project team and encouraging compliance to processes, analyses as-is process of ITIL V3 aligned Service Management (Service management lifecycle).
